DX partnered with us when it became apparent that their old website was no longer achieving the desired results or showcasing all their new services in line with their ambitious business objectives.

The requirement was a new website structure focused on seamless key user journeys, an attractive user interface and engaging content, generating quality leads and decreasing contact centre enquiries with more online help.

DX have a range of services that many customers were unaware of, so a whole new visual system and navigation was required to bring these to the forefront and increase conversions.

Improve the customer experience

To improve the experience for customers and reduce bounce rates by improving content, access to help and information and adding Live Chat functionality.

That's why we held numerous discovery sessions with various stakeholders across the business, to really understand the business objectives for DX, as well as the objectives of their customers.

The result was a website with purpose.

Our team of UX and UI designers and developers, created a new site structure focused on key user journeys, clear navigation, exceptional customer experience, promotion of the full range of services available, as well as a stunning new and modernised visual system.
