The best brands don’t just get noticed. They get felt. Let’s build yours.
If you’re an ambitious brand that shares our passion for building emotional and meaningful connections with customers and colleagues, let’s talk.
The project
Infinity Motorcycles have 17 stores throughout the country specialising in the sale of motorcycle clothing and accessories.
The business had built its reputation in-store, helping riders find the right gear with confidence.
Online, that experience didn’t carry through.
Despite a strong product range and established retail presence, the website was struggling to perform. High bounce rates, low conversions, and poor mobile usability were limiting growth in an increasingly competitive ecommerce market.
A digital experience that wasn’t keeping up
The issue wasn’t traffic alone, but what happened once users arrived.
Journeys were unclear, navigation was difficult, and the experience wasn’t optimised for how customers actually browse and buy, particularly on mobile. The result was friction at every stage, from discovery through to checkout.
Rebuilding the journey from the ground up
We approached the project by redefining how the website should work, not just how it should look.
Through discovery sessions, we mapped the technical requirements and third-party integrations needed to support search, finance, payments and product functionality.
From there, we restructured the sitemap and developed high-fidelity user journeys to create a clearer, more intuitive path from landing to purchase. Wireframes and UI design followed, establishing a clean, responsive interface built for speed, clarity, and ease of use across all devices.
Built for performance and flexibility
The new platform was developed in PHP Laravel, creating a robust and scalable foundation for future growth. Over 6,000 products were migrated into a faster, more user-friendly environment, supported by rigorous testing across devices and scenarios prior to launch.
Every element from navigation to checkout was designed to reduce friction and support conversion.
Following launch, the impact was immediate. 52% more purchases made on website, leading to a 48% increase in revenue.
More importantly, the platform provides a stronger foundation for ongoing optimisation, supporting better user journeys, higher-quality traffic, and improved conversion over time.
