Ready to grow?
The best brands don’t just get noticed. They get felt. Let’s build yours.
If you’re an ambitious brand that shares our passion for building emotional and meaningful connections with customers and colleagues, let’s talk.
The project
KSA had always believed in designing places for people.
But in a crowded architectural market, that belief wasn’t clearly visible.
Putting people at the centre
Following new leadership, the business was entering a new phase, looking to grow, diversify, and connect with a broader audience while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Through discovery, the opportunity was clear. In a sector where many practices looked and sounded the same, KSA had something more meaningful to say. The challenge was articulating it.
Defining a position rooted in people and place
At its core, the practice was driven by a simple idea: creating places where people can prosper.
This became the foundation for a new positioning: People-oriented placemaking. A clear, distinctive point of view that could guide both brand and business.
Rather than reinventing the name, we refined it. KSA became a confident, modern expression of the practice; retaining its heritage while giving it greater clarity and presence.
A brand designed with intent
The identity was deliberately restrained, designed to signal confidence without excess.
A refined circular marque, paired with crafted serif typography, created a mark of quality and permanence—while subtly representing people at the centre of place.
The system was built to be flexible, consistent, and applicable across every touchpoint, from print to digital.
Embedding the brand
Beyond the identity, the work extended into a full brand ecosystem.
A new website was developed to bring the repositioned practice to life. Structured around a human, purpose-led narrative, and supported by bespoke photography and a clear, intuitive UX and UI framework.
Every element was designed to reinforce the same idea: people first, always.
A clearer, more confident practice
What’s followed is a brand that better reflects the business KSA had become.
A unified identity, a clearer point of view, and a stronger presence across sectors have supported continued growth—strengthening relationships with existing clients while opening up new opportunities.
