Insights The Escape announces successful management buyout

We’re delighted to announce some big changes here at The Escape. Having founded the agency 24 glorious years ago, Rob Jones (left), founder and Managing Director, will be handing over the reins to Ian Mumford (right), Creative Director, after a successful management buyout.

This change will see Ian take on the new role of Chief Executive Officer, whilst Rob will firmly remain in the leadership team, taking on the new challenge of Chief Commercial Officer.

However, the culture and ethos of The Escape will not be changing and will remain as it always has been - fun, creative, kind, supportive and hungry to do the best for our clients.
