CAREERS Head of Marketing
About the role
As Head of Marketing, you’ll own the strategic Marketing function within The Escape, both internally and externally. Internally you will identify how we can promote our offerings to our target audience with ROI in mind, using data as your guide, through events, content, campaigns and various other marketing methods. You’ll create, manage and report back to the SLT on your strategy and budget against pre-agreed KPIs. Externally you will lead, as part of the studio team, on marketing retainers and projects to deliver value to our clients, providing strategic plans, guidance and recommendations where appropriate. Naturally, this role will play a part in supporting new business and retaining existing. You will be expected to support all outreach activity, including attending networking events, working on pitches and proposals and assisting where required with creating and landing opportunity.

You are proficient in using Hootsuite, MailChimp, Monday CRM -
Creating strategies
You are able to listen and advise on client goals and objectives using the SMART framework to help inform a prioritised rollout strategy based on business KPIs. - Pitch, proposals and quoting
You take ownership of marketing pitches, proposals and quotes with competency, accuracy and accountability. - Benchmarking reporting and measurement
Owning the strategic creation of and regularly reporting on the value and return on investment based on business KPIs, with insights and recommendations, both for clients and the SLT. - Opportunity identification
Using data and insights to help identify upsell opportunities that provide value to clients and in turn, grow The Escape. - Content creation
Creating meaningful and purpose-driven content, aligned with business goals and strategies, for optimum audience engagement. - Events, networking and relationship building
You are willing and able to actively go out and promote The Escape and build relationships with potential, new and existing clients. You are comfortable organising and attending events and being a spokesperson for the business with the aim of identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Salary
£55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. This role is also open to part-time applicants looking for 4 days per week (with a prorated salary).
