What we're looking for
We’re looking for a Junior Client Partner to join our Account Management pod, supporting your pod and our portfolio of clients, from large Platinum clients to our smaller House accounts. Reporting to your pod lead, the Client Partner will play a key role in managing the day-to-day support of our accounts, owning the administration and organisation to ensure the smooth running of our retainers and client pipeline.

Agency experience, working in a similar role
- 1+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Brand, digital and/or marketing knowledge (bonus)
- Google Suite and Monday.com experience (bonus)
- A generally nice human being (we only employ people we like!)
- A passion and love for your job (a must!)
We'll need you to...

Look after the day to day administrative management of the accounts, ensuring systems are kept up to date and processes are followed.

Management of support requests within the boundaries of client retainers.

Build and maintain client relationships, being a reliable support and valuable resource to the client.

Supporting existing and new business by attending meetings and taking notes/actions

Create basic presentations and quotations for clients.

Own retainer reporting, internally and externally

Prepare contracts and manage renewals.

Schedule management of our Studio.

Salary
£20,000 - £25,000 based on experience.
