We've been fortunate enough to spend a decent proportion of our summer at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery in Laverstoke, Hampshire. We know, really tough job, someone just has to do it etc. etc. We've said this before, we know. But on a serious note, we really have been there a lot!
We were recently commisioned to shoot a new promotional film for the Distillery to emphasize and showcase the beauty of the 300 year old site. With a natural chalk stream river flowing right through the heart of the Mill and an abundance of wildlife to capture we needed to use every single camera trick and tool at our disposal to pull it off. GoPro cameras were used to capture the close up wildlife in the river and Sony 4K cameras to capture some of the stunning close up, slow mo's inside the Distillery buildings. We also used the latest drone technology (and some super piloting skills) to capture all of the arial footage.
The aim of the short showcase film, shot from the very early dawn (lots of coffee required!) till the evening dusk is to show the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into every single bottle of Bombay Sapphire Gin and the great work that's done day and night to make it happen. So next time you're enjoying a Bombay Sapphire cocktail why not book an experience online and pop down and see the stunning location where it all heralds from.
The finalised film can be viewed below, needless to say we've over the moon with this one. Cheers!
