We’ve helped our client, Wall Street Systems, with their exhibition stands for a number of years now. Everything from design, project management and on-site build is taken care of for their attendance at a range of worldwide financial exhibitions. So much so, that the next few months are known to the Escapees involved as ‘Wall Street Season’.
This year, the season kicked off (very Premier league!) with the Euro Finance event in lovely ‘not so’ sunny Monaco, with Rob making the trip out to oversee the stand build on-site – I know, it’s a hard life, but Rob (sorry ‘someone’s’) got to do it!
As last years’ stand worked so well, we used the same design and configuration this time around, and refurbished the stand we’d built (and kept in storage for them), to ensure it still looked tip-top. After a ‘polish-up’, we transported all the individual stand elements over, including the wall and canopy panels, glass meeting room walls, reception desk and demo pods, ready to piece it all together to create the finished masterpiece on-site.
With limited time to build the stand at the venue, our crew headed over to Monaco and proceeded to work night and day to complete the build in record time (think Mo Farah on fast-play!).
The stand itself had a solid canopy which was very much brand led, using light to create colour differentiation and ambience. The high level branding definitely made Wall Street stand ‘head and shoulders’ above the rest in the crowded exhibition hall.
A 65″ plasma delivered high-level messaging and additional graphics, as well as providing a main focal point for the stand. The inclusion of a private meeting room ensured all formal meetings could be held in complete privacy and comfort, whilst demo pods allowed product demonstrations to be run by Wall Street staff as and when requested by exhibition attendees.
The finished article was as impactful as ever, with the stand really ‘standing out’ (sorry, couldn’t help that one), not to mention delivering the quality look, feel and experience that has become synonymous with Wall Street Systems.
Next stop for ‘Wall Street Season’ is the AFP event in Miami, which has been months in the planning (and shipping!) and this time Lisa is taking over the on-site management and build reigns.
We hope she has a lovely time (said through gritted, envious teeth!)
