Welcome! My name is Louise, or Lou to my fellow Escapees. Having spent 15 years working in the design industry, I particularly value working for a down to earth agency with specialist skills in an area that is continually developing and changing.
A relatively recent convert to the power of e-marketing, I am keen to work with clients to demystify and harness the Web as part of their comms strategy as well as utilising traditional channels to successfully grow their business. The truth is, however, that despite professional help I still suffer with an addiction to the smell of a freshly printed brochure.
I believe that good account management is primarily about building relationships, understanding the needs and expectations of individuals, and, of course, a few drinks on a Friday night!
