Client brief
The client had an existing website, which was increasingly difficult to manage, with the need for constant updates and the restrictions of the website build. This lack of flexibility meant that time sensitive website offers were being missed.
Using our content management system (CMS) as a starting point, we developed a bespoke directory module for their incentive scheme - Perk - that allows for offers to be uploaded, amended and published quickly; with automatic page tagging for effective search engine optimisation.
The design aspect of the website involved creating a series of templates that can adapt to the ever-changing content, which is added through a back-end administration console by the client.
As an ongoing project, we are now developing ways of increasing attention using search engine marketing techniques and improving retention value for existing users.
Result
The client now has a website that they can manage - on their terms. With the ability to update the site quickly, the organic nature of the web should give them increased search engine visibility and a much more engaging website experience for existing users.
The Escape helped us completely re-design our flagging web site, helping us to evaluate what we needed and giving us the tools and training to start putting together the content straight away.
We then worked with their web designers and programmers to make the site look good and work effectively, optimising our visibility on the web, and making sure visitors to the site can find what they want quickly and easily.
