Overview
This is an update (Feb 2008) with a new web strategy for the company. The US and UK websites have been localised as they have variations of language and different sales channels. The goal for the US website is to drive traffic to QVC for sales and logistics. The UK website has full e-commerce capabilities for selling direct.
To add value, the website also includes YouTube video demonstrations. This makes the product even more accessible and acts as a tutorial for existing owners.
The website has also been structured to allow for additional country websites to be added in localised language.
