Overview

Promega, an international life science company specialising in precision laboratory equipment, required a complete re-design for the print collateral associated with the Promega Points Reward Scheme, their customer loyalty programme.

The client objective was to rejuvenate customer interest in the loyalty programme, aligning the collateral with other Promega marketing literature.

Using the brand colour palette we utilised part of their corporate identity, a dragonfly motif, appearing at varying sizes to suggest increased and decreased magnification. The 20 page brochure allowed for maximum image impact and gave room to showcase the available rewards in an exciting and engaging way.

The result for Promega has been a 47% uplift in the number of customers joining the loyalty programme since the brochure was distributed in August 2007.
